- 02Copy of Passport bio-page: If you have a valid Alien Registration Card issued by Korean Ministry of Justice, please submit it as well.
- 03Official English Academic Transcript or Certificate of Enrollment (In case of high school seniors who are admitted to university, please submit an official admission letter of the institution)
- 04ID Photo for the student card (white background, JPEG or PNG file)
