Q. I can’t upload my insurance policy in the application portal

Q. What types of insurance are acceptable?

In accordance with Korean regulations, all students participating in our program are required to have medical insurance.

As for the specific requirements, your insurance must:

Commonly accepted options include travel insurance or short-term study abroad insurance.

Q. Is there a pick-up service offered by Sogang?

We will be operating pick-up bus from one of the nearest subway station from the campus. There will be some buddies from Sogang to help out students. Arrival to airport - Limousine bus to Mapo station - Pick-up service to the dorm - Gonzaga hall(on-campus dorm)

We will also share you the pre-departure handout for more information during May with more detailed instructions.

Q. Does the dormitory offer or rent bedding for students?

You can order rental bedding through our partnered agency. We will share the order link closer to the program date.

Q. I couldn’t take the TB test before arriving in Seoul. What should I do?

There is a hospital nearby campus where you can take TB test. The result will come out on the day you take the test.
